All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Once a purchase is completed, the sale is considered final. We encourage all customers to review their selection carefully before completing their order.
Limited Exception: Hidden Defects
The only exception to our “All Sales Final” policy is in the case of hidden manufacturing defects (damaged items not caused by regular wear and tear or misuse).

Claim Period: Any claim for a hidden defect must be filed within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

Evaluation: Our expert jewelers will inspect the piece to determine if the damage qualifies as a manufacturer defect. If approved, we will proceed with a repair or replacement at our discretion.
