We are proud to offer fast, reliable and free shipping on every order. All orders are shipped via a trackable delivery method with regular insured ground shipping. At Exclusive Fine Jewelry , we offer fully insured shipping and take pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Average transit time is between 1-7 business days to any destination in the contiguous United States. 

PROCESSING TIMES FOR ORDERS

All orders require a 1-2 business day processing time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication, if applicable. During sales and vacation periods, additional processing time may be required. 

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your order tracking number. Simply click on the link which will take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on our carrier’s site. Please note that all orders without exception require a signature upon delivery. The signature upon delivery must be the same person who made the payment. 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES 

You can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address and list the name of the person receiving the purchase. 

SECURE SHIPPING 

Be sure to verify that your billing and shipping addresses have been entered correctly and that the payment method has confirmed your shipping address. We are sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. BOX or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Please remember that as our store’s secure purchase and delivery process we require the signature of an adult purchaser or recipient with a U.S. government issued photo ID for delivery confirmation purposes. 
We offer secure and reliable shipping within the United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the U.S. Virgin Islands). 

RETURNS POLICY 

As these are guaranteed and fraud-sensitive products, all sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or receive store credit for your item(s) within 3 days of the shipment arrival date. In certain cases, if approved by the store associate, we may refund money with a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept items that do not have tags or that have been tampered with or altered. No scratches, stains, sizing or alterations, or signs of wear or breakage will be accepted or a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. On special orders, such as engraved items and special ring sizes, custom chain sizes and custom pendants, returns will not be accepted Returned orders that are undeliverable or refused by the recipient will be subject to a $29.95 charge which will be deducted from the total refund amount. 
If for any reason the delivered item is defective, you may contact us and we will arrange for the return of the product, so that we can fix it and ship it back to you after respective validation and confirmation. 
DO NOT SEND ANY ORDER WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM US. 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Once the item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.
How to return an item 
Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

  • OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: 
    Contact us at EXCLUSIVE FINE JEWELRY to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.
  • PACK YOUR ORDER: 
    Repack the items in the original packing materials. To receive a refund credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the return merchandise authorization number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must be returned. If not returned, the full retail price of the item will apply.
  • SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: 
    Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item freight prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend that you ship insured returns using FedEx, UPS or USPS Express.
